Fela Fintz is a Colombian native who graduated in Art and Architectural design at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.
She became an American Citizen during the bi-centenial celebration of Independence Day (July 4, 1976).
Worked as a technical illustrator for a number of years rendering machines, computer peripheral equipment and medical instruments, drew county maps on the computer and painted as a hobby.
She won third place at an art competition sponsored by the Jewish Museum of Florida with the entry of a Tzedakah box (a charity box) that had a mosaic made of egg shells depicting the 12 tribes of Israel.
Today Fela paints still lives and animals, portraits on commission and is available to do so with scenes from special events such as weddings and Bar Mitzvahs, all in watercolors, she teaches drawing and painting to children and adults and organizes art parties.
